JGU is committed to assisting students with lesser means but high promise to attend our University. We do not want anyone to be left behind due to monetary constraints.
A student may only receive one scholarship during their time at the University.
Scholarships are renewed on a year-to-year basis through a careful review of the University’s scholarship committees. Scholarships may be revoked due to poor academic performance and disciplinary actions.
University offers wide range of scholarships to meritorious students under Merit-cum-Means basis. Students securing above 80% marks (overall class 12th) are eligible with family Income Tax Return (ITR) of less than ₹30 Lakhs per annum. The final decision on the amount of Scholarship amount is decided by the Admissions & Scholarship Committee.
